Engine
The 2005 Nissan Pathfinder XE model is offered in both the four door and two door models. The four door XE model has more space in the interior of the vehicle as well as for cargo. It is powered with 4.0 liter DOHC V6 engine that produces up to 270 hp of power and is mated to the 5-speed automatic transmission. The rear and front independent double wishbone suspension in the vehicle improves the handling ability while in drive. The features provided in the four-door Nissan Pathfinder XE include 16 inch alloy wheels, antilock braking system, electronic stability control, traction control, four wheel disc brakes and tire pressure monitoring system.
The other features in the Nissan Pathfinder XE model includes, security system, power windows, mirrors and locks, intermittent rear and front wipers, trip computer, tachometer, enough storage compartments and CD player.
